Ajax chief Marc Overmars has confirmed that midfielder Christian Eriksen has rejected a new deal.
The Dane, who is a target for both Manchester United and Arsenal, is inside the final 18 months of his current contract.
Overmars said: "Christian has informed us that he doesn’t want to sign a new contract right now.
“I think he and his agent want to see what opportunities present themselves this summer."
