Shinji Kagawa has revealed he is hoping for a central role at Manchester United.
Speaking at a Chevrolet event, the Japan international admitted he is hoping to feature "in the hole" for United.
"I talked to Sir Alex about where I played at Dortmund and told him my favourite position is behind the centre-forward.
"I hope I can play there."
