According to reports Barcelona will not part with Manchester United target Thiago Alcantara.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has reportedly been following Thiago for the past 18 months and sees him as an alternative to Tottenham star Luka Modric.
Ferguson has been linked with a €25 million offer for the midfielder, but El Mundo Deportivo says Barca management are determined to keep hold of the midfielder.
Thiago penned a new deal last season and is not expected to be eyeing a move away.
