According to reports Manchester United have seen an offer for Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski rebuffed.
Suddeutsche Zeitung claims United and beaten Champions League finalists Bayern Munich have had offers for the Poland international turned down by Dortmund.
Both bids fell short of the Bundesliga champions’ valuation, and they are reluctant to lose the striker.
Lewandowski revealed United’s interest last week.
