According to reports Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes could be named in England's Euros 2012 squad.

The Sun claims the 37-year-old, who came out of retirement in January to help United to a runners-up spot in the league, has played himself back into the international setup.

The midfielder, capped 66 times, last played for his country eight years ago but regrets not going to the last World Cup.

England boss Roy Hodgson will name his 23-man squad on Wednesday afternoon.
