Manchester United defender Phil Jones wants to represent Great Britain at the Olympics this summer.
Jones is keen to turn out for Great Britain if he is not named in England’s squad for the Euros on Wednesday.
The 20-year-old, who has four England caps already, said: “There are two massive competitions coming up at the end of the season.
“Hopefully I can be part of one of them.”
Manchester United boss, Sir Alex Ferguson, is bracing himself for a raft of call-ups to the Team GB squad.
