Phil Jones has admitted he felt apprehensive following his switch to Manchester United.
Jones, who left Blackburn Rovers for United in a £19 million deal last summer, has revealed he felt nervous about stepping into the Old Trafford dressing room.
He said: "There is definitely a bit of personal intimidation.
“You always raise the question to yourself. Am I good enough to be here?
“The manager has shown that faith in me. Hopefully I have repaid it.
“I found it relatively easy to adjust though, because at Blackburn I always saw myself as a player who likes to get the ball down, which is what United love to do.”
