According to reports Manchester United are rivaling Chelsea for Everton youngster Ross Barkley.
The Sun on Sunday claims Barkley is being monitored by United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
However, it seems they will face competition for their Everton targets from Chelsea.
It is understood that the England Under-21 international is on a £70 million shopping list drawn up by the Blues.
