Manchester United moving in on Swansea City ace Sigurdsson

According to reports Manchester United are interested in Swansea City winger Gylfi Sigurdsson.

The Iceland international is on-loan at the Liberty stadium from Hoffenheim.

The Sunday Mirror claims United are considering a £10 million swoop for the attacking midfielder.

United assistant Mike Phelan was sent to the Reebok Stadium last week to watch Swansea, with the champions set to face Brendan Rodgers’ side next weekend.

And he was accompanied by Martin Ferguson, the brother of United’s boss and the club’s chief scout, to watch Sigurdsson.
