Manchester United forward Bebe has been banished to the reserves at Besiktas.

The Daily Mail says Bebe has been excluded from first-team training at loan club Besiktas and warned he may never play for them again after he stayed out late in a disco with teammates Sidnei and Julio Alves.

Besiktas coach Tayfur Havutcu said: "This is not the place to vacation. Besiktas have rules and discipline which the players have to obey. It is not allowed, except in reasonable hours, to be inside nightclubs.

"This was a joint decision between myself and the club administration.

"At this stage, it is not possible to say how long the penalty will last. It could be one week and then forgotten or the players could stay out of the squad until the end of the season.

"It all depends now on their performance in training. Alves, Bebe and Sidnei will continue to work according to this programme."
