According to reports Manchester United are chasing Real Zaragoza starlet Hector Otin.
It is understood he is still to sign a new deal with the Spanish club.
The 16-year-old striker has been watched by United and Liverpool as he keeps Zaragoza management hanging over whether he will turn pro with them.
Otin is regarded the best young player to come through the Zaragoza youth system in years and is being pressured to sign terms with them before June.
