'Four teams' interested in Manchester City target Eden Hazard

Lille’s managing director Frederic Paquet has revealed as many as four teams are interesting in Eden Hazard.

Hazard, who was voted Ligue 1’s player of the season for the second year running, recently confirmed he would be moving to Manchester next season without revealing whether it would be City or United who he will be lining up for.

But Paquet claimed there are also a couple of other sides interested in the Belgium international.

‘From my knowledge he has four teams interested in buying him,’ said Paquet.

‘I am not sure he knows [who he will sign for] himself where he will go, so for the moment, we don't know.

‘It is not up to us to tell to him [where to go].

‘We have a very strong relationship with the player, we will work together and are waiting for him to make a choice between these four teams.’

However, it is thought City remain the favourites for the playmaker’s signature due to the sheer wealth Roberto Mancini has at his disposal.
