Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini believes his side faces a difficult opening few weeks of the season.
City begin their tilt at the Premier League title against new boys Swansea City tonight, a match they are expected to win.
Their neighbours Manchester United have already recorded a win on the opening weekend away at West Brom.
However, Mancini has warned fans that his side is not yet up to racing speed and it may not be until November before they are fully in tune with the demands of the Premier League.
"The first 10 games are going to be very difficult," he said.
"The squad is not 100% ready. It needs four or five games to find good form."
