According to reports Arsenal are to battle Manchester City for Everton defender Leighton Baines.
The News of the World claims City boss Roberto Mancini is keen on the attacking full-back.
However, it appears that the Italian will face competition from the Premier League counterpart at Arsenal, Arsene Wenger.
Moyes has been told by the board of cash-strapped Everton that he will have to sell to buy again this summer and Baines and Jack Rodwell are both in the frame to leave Goodison Park.
