Volkswagen Transporter has been stolen from an Arnold Clark dealership on Brunel Avenue in Salford.

The incident occurred at around 3pm on 25th March, when a man posing as a customer helped himself to the vehicle's keys from an office on the premises before driving off.

Police describe the offender as a white male in his late 20s to early 30s, of slim build and wearing dark clothing. A CCTV image of the suspect has been released to help trace his whereabouts.

Police Constable Ian Hall said: “Despite this incident taking place several weeks ago, we have carried out a number of inquiries and would like to appeal to anyone who may recognise the man pictured to get in touch.â€

Anyone with any information is asked to call police on 0161 856 5250 or call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
