Manchester street busker Kristyna Myles has landed a £2m record deal with Universal.
The 27-year-old singer-songwriter caught the attention of label executives while performing in the vicinity of the M.E.N Arena.
Myles's debut single, 'I'm Not Going Back', will be released through Universal subsidiary on 18th June, followed by her album 'Pinch Me Quick' on 3rd September.
To celebrate her arrival on the world stage, Myles will embark on a national busking tour spanning 10,000 miles in aid of homeless charity Centrepoint.
The 'Miles for Myles Tour' aims to raise £250,000 for Centrepoint, to provide homeless young people with shelter, health services, a dedicated learning programme, and life skills training.
Myles said: "It is not only an honour to have just been signed by one of the greatest labels in the world but also to then work with Centrepoint, a charity that, due to my busking, I have seen at work first hand.
"It enables me to give something back to those in most need."
