Crystal's Manchester city centre office development at 61 Mosley Street as secured its first tenants since undergoing extensive refurbishment.

Concept Legal Expenses Limited, who specialise in uninsured loss claims from road traffic accidents, have taken Suite 6 in the building’s first floor business centre after relocating from a site near the Ardale Centre.

Mark McMullan, the company’s Sales and Marketing manager said: “We looked at a dozen or so properties in the City centre, speaking to various agencies. Hurstwood made contact with us to ask of our requirements, suggesting there was space available at 61 Mosley Street.

"Shown round the building by Mark Carling we were delighted at what was presented to us by way of floor space and the appearance of the property. The whole refurbishment has been done professionally. There was no doubt that this was the office space we had been looking for.”

He added: “All through the move the staff at Hurstwood have been most helpful and very understanding of our needs, making a normally stressful move easy”.

61 Mosley Street is located in Manchester’s prime office district, within walking distance of Piccadilly Gardens, and close to the Mosley Street and St Peter’s Square Metrolink stops.

Refurbishment on the building is nearing completion with suites available between 170 and 2,500 square feet. For more information visit www.hurstwoodholdings.com.
